At Madona Store, we are committed to bringing you authentic handloom kasavu sarees, mundus, and traditional wear that reflect centuries of Kerala’s artisanal craftsmanship. Every product is handpicked and thoroughly checked before shipping.

Important Policy Details:

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is confirmed.

Handcrafted beauty means uniqueness.
Slight variations in weave, texture, zari work, or colour are natural features of handcrafted textiles. These are not defects, but part of their charm.

Damage/incorrect item claims
If you believe you received a damaged item or the wrong product:

You must submit a package opening video showing the sealed package, full unboxing process, and the product as received.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Send your claim, video, and photos to themadonastore@gmail.com subject damage/incorrect with order Id.

Assessment and resolution:
If your claim qualifies after our assessment, we may offer:

An exchange of the same product (if available)
A store credit (for future purchase)

If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
